Great location, close to shops / food if you want to walk or bike only, but also adequate parking for a car I would suggest a good scrub in bathrooms and missing a tv remote Plenty of towels and clean bedding were provided

We certainly enjoyed our stay at this suite. The location is excellent with easy walking to Meeting and King Streets, and the College of Charleston. Great shopping, diningand museums within walking distance. It was so nice to have a private parking area. The communication and accommodation from the property manager was superb.

There were 7 of us for our weekend. the house was amazing! Plenty of room with room to spare. in fact, there’s a room we never went in! We will definitely try to stay here again!

Nice but washer not working

This is a nice property. Great location. Convenient parking. Enchanting older property, pretty nicely redone. Few little dysfunctioning items but the only major one is the dryer wasn’t working putting a huge damper on washing clothes which is important part of plan with family of 5 and a mother in law for four days. They responded somewhat when we called but never fixed it. Otherwise check in was great, responsive host, I would stay there again.

Stunning Stay

We decided to visit Charleston for a long weekend. We were 6 adults. The location of the Daniel Lagare Suite couldn't be more perfect. Quick and easy walks to the plethora of fabulous restaurants and museums. Once we entered through the ground floor entrance & went up the stairs to the unit, it was all wow! The owners kept the feeling of an old house, but everything was fresh & modern. The gourmet kitchen is stunning & included a large island. There was a large table, a loveseat, two chairs & a TV in the "dining room". We spent the most time sitting in there, talking before bed. There was a family room with 2 couches and a tv. We used that room to sleep as it had 2 pullout beds. The modern bath on this floor was really pretty. It had a generously sized shower with a rainfall head in the high ceiling & a handheld spray. The second floor of the unit had a large bedroom with 2 queen beds. It also had a smaller room with 1 queen bed. This room had a small anteroom with a window seat/bed. The upstairs bath was very large - 2 vanities, a large soaking tub & a separate area with a toilet and shower. This bathroom also had excellent shower heads. Stay Duvet provided sufficient towels and amenities (including toilet paper) for all 6 of us that lasted for the entire long weekend. That was really appreciated. They were also very easy to work with & responded quickly to any questions during the booking process & beyond. Top notch experience!
