This property is new and clean (april 2025) All staff were extremely accomodating and helpful. In my opinion, I see the Drury properties are competing with other properties that offer "managers hours" and far exceeding. The complimentary buffet and drinks alongside the beautiful pool and hot tub make this a top notch option, whether family or date night.

I had the absolute best stay at this hotel especially as my first experience in Charleston! The only thing I wish was that the thermostat went a bit lower. Our thermostat stopped at 66 degrees which seems low/cool but did not necessarily feel like 66. It would at times increase on its own. The overall stay was still phenomenal! The breakfast was great, the staff checked in on how things were going for you, and they offer 3 complimentary drinks at specified times at their bar. This was a huge highlight!

Perhaps it's because this hotel itself is brand-spanking-new, or Drury's management just keeps its properties looking and running their best, but my stay at the chain's new North Charleston location couldn't have been better. I got the room location I requested, even though the hotel was teeming with family crowds in town for multiple high school graduation ceremonies the next day. Everyone seemed to be well served by the friendly, attentive staff. This is not my first experience at a Drury hotel, but there hasn't been a bad one yet. On even one of the busiest possible days, this hotel appears to be off to a great start.
