This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. Saint Philip Square is an award-winning collection of 6 historic buildings meticulously curated to enhance your stay in Charleston. “M2” is one of seventeen unique rentals. The grounds feature outdoor garden areas with fountains, dining areas, fire pits and covered barbecues. In the evenings, this oasis sparkles with outdoor lighting, making it the perfect place for nightcaps after a day of exploring.

-Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
-Guests must follow trash disposal instructions provided by the host.
-The Wonderer access must be booked in advance – no refunds for availability issues.
