It was beautiful and very clean love the room and size but the bed mattress was too soft I recommend them to get a little firmer mattress but overall if I could give a 100 I would I rate 10/10 highly recommend

It was very clean in the lobby and rooms. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and and had a nice variety of options. Bagels, toast, fruit, sausage, waffles, cereal, grits, eggs, potatoes, yogurt, loved the lemon scones!

I’m satisfied about the overall stay. Homewood Suites in North Charleston could do better with the garage. I had to tell the front desk clerk that I want the garage cans dumped after two nights. This is why I ranked the “cleanliness” as average.

Staff had excellent customer service skills. They were accommodating, friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the rooms and furnishings needs updating ASAP, my stay was short so it didn't bother me too much. If I'm ever in North Charleston, SC I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Staff

The staff was excellent, very helpful. My only complaint is I requested a handicapped accessible room and they didn't have one, so I had to adjust, and the only restroom was downstairs on the 1st floor, and I was on the 5th floor.
