We recently stayed for 5 days in this lovely home and we loved every minute of it. Perfect location with nearby restaurants and loved the Little Bar next door. Entire stay was lovely as well as all the people we met. Would go back in a hearbeat!

Great location for staying in the north part of downtown, great food in walking distance, Berkley's and Chubby Fish. Holey City Bagels has great coffee and Bagel sandwiches. Played Golf at Patriot Point, 10 min. drive.

Spotless and cozy! Perfect quiet quick getaway for our anniversary. Excellent location with many options within walking distance or a 6 minute Uber. Great spot near Upper King

House is as advertised and we are pretty picky. House is clean, check-in was easy, communication is VERY good and responsive. Kitchen basics are all covered and very clean. Basically an Upper King location and very walkable to downtown area or pedicabs are easy to hail or call for pickup. D'Allesandro's Pizza about a block away was a great find for our last night after needing to relax a bit. Highly recommended.

Excellent Location in Beautifully Restored House

We were concerned about the noise level of the location during the evenings, but we were pleasantly surprised. The restoration was exceptionally well done. This property is ideally situated for exploring and enjoying all that Charleston has to offer.

More than expected.

My wife and I stayed here for our 21st wedding anniversary. It was clean and ready to go with no issues. Pictures of the property were accurate. It was conveniently located within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to see. Obviously, driving was needed for some things. The off street parking spot was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. It had plenty of natural light and a complete kitchen which was more than we needed. The bed was too soft for us but you can't please everybody. I would recommend this property and will consider staying there again.

Beautiful property with excellent location

My husband & I stayed in the Cosy Downtown carriage house for the July 4th week. The property is spacious and well appointed. We loved the downstairs living space combined with the upstairs large bedroom and bath. The location is ideal not only for walking to restaurants and shops in historic Charleston, but it’s close location to highways made for a very quick commute to Mount Pleasant, Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palm. Off street parking was also a bonus. Highly recommend!

It was wonderful to have our own place which was cute, comfortable, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood. The location was walking distance to great shops and restaurants on King street. Also small neighborhood restaurants. And a huge plus was having off street parking. Would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks for allowing us to stay.
