It was a good neighborhood with nice restaurants and coffee shops a short walk away. The home was eclectic as advertised and very comfortable. The only negatives was the shower is in a separate claw foot tub and was a little bit difficult getting in and out of. For younger generations, it probably is no big deal, but a little challenging for us older folks. It did have off street parking, but it was in a restaurant parking lot across the street and for some reason on the other side of the parking lot, which was a rocky gravel. Therefore, making a little challenging getting to. Nonetheless, it was worth the price.

Great little apartment with a fenced in back yard!
This little downstairs apartment/house was perfect for our visit to Charleston! Lot's to walk to so no driving/parking worries. If it's too far to walk, or you get tired, there are tons of Bike Taxi's that are pretty reasonably priced and believe me, they go everywhere! The check in/out process was easy and again, the house was perfect! I'd stay here again for sure!!

We loved everything about this property. Location, the small backyard to have coffee and let our dog have a little off leash time. Cool decor just like a well designed home, and the bed was amazing, super comfortable mattress. Highly recommend this place!!!

Convenient Charleston home
We booked on Spring Street because of its proximity to King Street, but didn't realize how quickly we could travel to anywhere in the area from the location. The place had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Surrounding neighborhoods had historic homes and were great to exercise in. Waterfront trail only about 1 1/2 miles away.

A great experience
Casa Verde is in an excellent location, restaurants, bars, shops all around in easy walking distance. Loved Darling Oyster House! The apartment was as pictured, cozy and comfortable. The bed was super comfy and the bedroom nice and dark. We chose this place b/c it retained some of its older charm, fitting a house from the 1830s. Everything we needed was available, good dishes, sharp knives, nice pans. We didn’t cook much but there were spices, etc. I always appreciate placemats and a lot of rentals don’t have them, but this did. There’s a claw foot tub/shower and if you like soaking there’s a wooden table you can rest on the top of the tub. Stay Duvet is so far the best management company we have come across. They are fantastic! Communication was excellent, very responsive. We would definitely book here again.

Perfect Location!
The location of this property was only a block from King Street. We parked across the street and were able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and tours. The backyard was an added perk for our little dog. The checkin and checkout process was simple and the amenities were just as pictured. We had everything we needed for our trip to Charleston.

I stayed here with my wife for 6 days in October. It was extremely clean, very convenient and close to great restaurants. We had dinner at two great restaurants which were within 25 yards of the front door. Two minute walk to King Street with unlimited restaurants.
Back yard was cozy and house had everything we needed. Had very nice towels which is nice when you travel. We had a perfect 6 days.

Didn't let Debby stop us
We had a quick trip scheduled for Charleston when TS Debby showed up. The flooding was not as bad as predicted so we decided to make the trip anyway. The place was just as described and perfectly located. Charleston is a great walking town. Parking was super convenient... although we never used the car once parked. House had everything we needed.

Perfect location
This place is located in an ideal neighborhood in Charleston. We had planned to spend more time down in the touristy areas but after we got there we realized that so many bars and restaurants and shops were within walking distance that we spent most of our time in the actual neighborhood. It’s perfect for a getaway. The bed was comfortable, the shower was fine (water pressure is on the lower side but it was fine!), the kitchen is a substantial size and the living room is spacious enough to hang out and unwind after a long day of walking. Parking spot is just across the street and was convenient. We were very happy with the rental and honestly had no complaints! We did not take advantage of the Wonderer exercise and wellness center. Next time we visit we will have to check that out!

The historic row house was very nice and close to restaurants, etc. Would suggest offering more towels (only 1 face towel, 2 washcloths) for 5 night stay and Kleenex. Access to local TV would be a nice addition. Needs work on the tiny back yard - it was not possible to enjoy due to lack of maintenance - certainly has potential.

Fantastic place in a fantastic area!
We loved staying here. Despite being in a vibrant area the bedroom was both quiet and dark.
The one thing that might be nice is a chain or something that could be locked on the inside of the door, the upstairs neighbors came home after drinking and tried our door first. It was fine but we would have felt better if there was something besides the code lock.
