Unfortunate smells throughout the lobby, elevators, and rooms. Otherwise cleanliness was ok

The rooms felt over 20 years old both in finishes and quality/wear and tear. The shower curtain was being held in place by four rusted out wood nails so that has clearly been broken for a long time. The office chair had a broken seat and a cigarette burn in the cushion, and there was trash and beer bottles in the trash can when I checked in. I also removed the sheets when I checked out and underneath the (removable) mattress pad had large urine stains on it. I'll never stay here ever again in my life (just this specific location).

No water from 7am to 1215 . No hot breakfast or shuttle

Absolutely Terrible experience. Was told that my room has been canceled when I arrived, and was provided bad service. Would never return, highly recommend that you take this off your list of hotel offerings

I booked a room with 2 queen beds but when I got there, they told me the room that I booked already full, they only have a room with one queen bed and a sofa bed. It’s unbelievable. I paid more for 2 queen beds so my family can rest better, very disappointing.

Two extended stays right next to each other. Ridiculous. Taxi takes you to the wrong one and them you drag your bags to the correct one

The room wasn’t cleaned and the ac wasn’t working properly and they had ants

First off the front door glass was shattered, never was fixed while we were there. Once in hotel we had to use house phone to get a person to check us in. When we came back that night we needed a pillow and sheets for fold out, had to call on house phone for person to help us. This guy came out in dirty clothes and socks and was very rude to us. He looked the same way when we went to checkout, said No Manager on site on weekends, no one to check us out. I took picture of shattered window and he followed us and stood there until we drove off. Very creepy! This is a very nice area in Chantilly especially for people working in area...not a nice place to stay!

While not the most luxurious hotel in the area, it is convenient to the Dulles Expo Center and the price was right.

Very pleasant and good place to stay. Very conveniently located good restaurants, gas stations and lake which is we loved it.

Had a problem with door keys, manager tried to be very helpful, even though he couldn't fix the key problem. Very friendly manager. Breakfast was just coffee, or hot water for tea or oatmeal, and pre packaged muffins. No frills, but clean and quiet, bed was comfortable.

When I booked this hotel, I thought I would have a suite with a fully equipped kitchen as advertised on the hotel web site and similar to other hotels I used to stay at in the past. Besides the refrigerator, oven, and microwave, all drawers and cabinets were empty. It turned out that if I need set of cooking utensils, silverware, or plates I need to call the front desk to order. We decided to eat directly on the take out containers using plastic forks and spoons. This hotel is the first hotel I have ever stayed in the US that didn't have a coffee maker in the room. Basically it's like an empty room with a bed and sofa bed. We are a family of four but my two daughters didn't have a bed sheet for the sofa bed, no blanket, and no pillows. I had to call the front desk and I had to come down to pick up since the receptionist was the only one who was working so he couldn't bring them up for us. The sofa and the chair are old and stained. There was only one night stand on my wife's side so I had no place to keep my cell phone or TV remote control. And I had no night light on my side. The AC unit was very noisy and was not comfortable at all . It's too cold in one area, like the sofa bed where my daughters slept, while it's a little hot at my bed. On top of it, the curtain frame did not have a U shape to cover the whole window like all other hotels. It's just a straight rod so there was a big gap. As a result we were woken up by the sun shining directly to our eyes.
