In the heart of the Massif du Sancy, close to Lake Chambon, the Chaudefour Valley nature reserve, the villages of Murol, Saint Nectaire, Besse and the ski resorts of Super Besse and Mont-Dore. This stone house, adjoining an uninhabited house, with contemporary and warm decoration, is composed of: On the ground floor : - a living room-kitchen with an inglenook fireplace (fireplace) with open fireplace First floor : - a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed - a sleeping area including a 90 cm bed - a bathroom - 1 independent toilet. You will enjoy an open outdoor space of 30m² including garden furniture and a barbecue. Free public parking in front of the gîte. Heating according to consumption on meter reading. Shops and services in Chambon sur lac 5km and in Murol 7.4 km.
