The LIMONE is a prestigious three-room apartment of 120 square meters with a splendid view of the surrounding hills. It is composed, on two floors, from a double bedroom (queen size bed), a double bedroom, open kitchen, large living room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, small laundry room and spacious covered veranda outside. Recently built, it is an apartment facing South and therefore it is very bright, sunny and allows you to enjoy spectacular sunsets; It also has an independent entrance, private parking, barbecue and exclusive garden. Pets are allowed.
It is located in open countryside, just 3 km from the main services and 8 km from Certaldo, on a beautiful panoramic hill, in a quiet and very quiet area; It is very bright and furnished in a rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta and exposed beams. From the apartment you can also access a large swimming pool and other outdoor spaces in common, such as the whirlpool mini-pool, the fitness area, the large pergola to share with friends, the play area for children.
