Did not deliver. Fireplace in playroom was not functioning. Neither was the hot tub. Rooms were very plain and old. TV set was from the 1980's and small.

We wanted to stay near Killington, and this lodging is between the mountain and the Rutland area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view of the mountain from the room. It was not luxurious, but it was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the value of the room in terms of cost, cleanliness and location.

Comfortable lodging in scenic area. Breakfast is additional charge, but well worth it. We stayed on a summer trip for a reasonable cost.

Clean room excellent staff. We would stay here again.

A good place to stay for families. Skiing nearby; game room and hot tub on premises. Rooms and breakfast are both adequate.

We spent 3 nights and it was very comfortable. Great location, beautiful views and very comfortable beds. Managers were excellent and very friendly. It's not new but inside was very well taken care of. There are two huge fireplaces, a bar, hot tub, game room and breakfast available every morning in a beautiful little dining area with all windows looking out at Pico mountain. We will definitely stay there again.

the management were very nice. attentative and personable.

Kind people. Great playroom for kids (best I've seen)

My wife and I needed a place to stay for several days while our darling daughter was admitted into Rutland Regional Medical Center. The hotel's staffs were very helpful and did whatever they could to provide us a comfortable and wonderful place. Our room was very clean with WIFI and everything we needed. The continental breakfast is excellent with real delicious Vermont maple syrup, pancake and all. With so much in our minds with out daughter in the hospital, it was good to come back to the hotel to rest. Thank you very much for giving my wife and I a wonderful home away from our home.

The room was not clean, AC does not work, WiFi no working as well. price was high for the location and motel level

When I saw so many great reviews for this place, I expected so much better. Maybe I've been spoiled by nice hotel rooms and professional uniformed staff. When we arrived we were given a deluxe room with fireplace. The first room was extremely hot, the carpet covered in stains and the couch in the corner looked as if it was found at the curb on garbage night. We returned to the front desk to ask for a different room, but had to go outside to look for somebody. The second room was slightly cooler, less stained and had a Walmart slip cover over the couch. The window was open and broken. My wife and I had to work together to close it enough to keep the bugs out. Perhaps for a drunken ski weekend with the guys this place might do, but I'll never return with my wife. One side note, we did meet a nice employee at breakfast who was friendly and polite. The breakfast too was limited, but well prepared and tasty.

A comfortable and convenient place to stay if you are looking for reasonably priced lodging close to Killington.

Staff was very accommodating. Helped make my stay very enjoyable.

Not too bad for the price. Convenient to Pico and Killington ski areas, and the room includes a buffet breakfast. Room was clean and fairly large, if somewhat sparse.

I like it. The stuff is very friendly, and location is great
