"PROS: beautiful resort grounds

room good but not what I booked
CONS: booked a king bed got 2 queens
housekeeping forgot to bring face cloths, coffee filters, cups, coffee, at least one on a daily basis.
no ice machines for guests
no refrigerators in rooms
no wake up calls available
floor tiles in showers, very slippery, no hand rails or mats
pool steps no hand rails anywhere
screaming loud children everywhere
anniversary dinner booked at hotel, one dinner came with tomatoe sauce and tomatoes that were not mentioned on menu, which I have an allergy to. They insisted I pay for it even though it was sent back immediately without one bite taken. Maitre d was very rude and ruined our anniversary."
