Location is good, staff is ok. My room had a balcony that was facing a wall just a couple feet away, it felt pretty loud. One person in our group woke up with a LOT of bug bites after the first night... don’t think bed bugs, but definitely something in the room.

Nice central location and amenities The private parking lot was helpful

Nice hotel , very good, in the middle of the city, l had a very good experience ,very clean , and the lady at the front lobby (Cinthia) went beyond and above her job to make my stay smooth and pleasant,l will recomend this hotel..!!

It was small but that's what we paid for. It served it's purpose. Very clean staff was attentive. Thank you

good breakfast provided by staff every morning.....supermarket, ocean views are just across the hotel;...bus station 1 and 1/2 blocks down the road;.. the high end marina area to the south direction has upscale eateries, tourist shops and are just 10 to 15 minute walk down the "malecon" where you'll see locals hanging out playing cards, board games, riding their bikes, skate boards etc.... and if your lucky you might hear some local music jamming by their "rasta" brothers and sisters....cool stuff

Room was musty and smelled like mildew, but appeared clean. Hotel is across the street from the water but there is no beach access. Front desk was not overly accommodating when complaints were placed about the first 2 rooms they showed us. Staff was unable to recommend activities or give directions.

We were living in Costa Rica for a few months and went to Quepos to check out the beach. What we didn't realize was that despite the hotel's location to the ocean, it's not very close to the beach. Where it's located is right by where all of the boats come in and out and you can't swim. You have to take a bus to the beach a few miles south... Although there is an all-you-can-eat sushi place a couple of blocks north of the hotel that is pretty good for Costa Rica. That almost made up for the disappointment of the beach, since we'd been craving sushi. The hotel itself is pretty decent, not great, but good for the price.

This was an amazing hotel that was close to everything.. nightlife, beaches, amazing food. Highly Recommend!!!

Located right in the center of town which has a great deal of noise. The beds are a piece of fabric over a board. But if your looking to be in the center of quepos look no further.

Our room was sandwiched between the restaurant which moved tables and chairs early in the morning and afternoon, and the casino which thumped techno beats all through the night. Friday night was the worst. The view from the balcony was very nice though, and the location was great.

A/c not working in my room and when they changed rooms, tv was not working in the next. Then they changed again and I was locked out 2-3 hours before checkout on my last day. Staff does not seem to care. I did not even get an apology. For this price, you can do much better. Avoid this hotel!

Booked for three nights and stayed for six. Nice clean hotel, large comfortable room and bed. Very friendly staff. Located across from beach and one block from bus depot.

The hotel was clean and it was located in the downtown of Quepos. It was good for the price we paid.

Because we were unfamiliar with Costa Rica, we searched for Quepos and found this place because of its near proximity to Manual Antonio. The pool was out of order so we were upgraded to an 'ocean front' room on the 4th floor. Staff was very helpful, however the beach is inaccessible and dirty. Hotel is located in downtown slummy area. We did find a cheap amazing restaurant with great service called Santanas. Eventhough the next night we stayed in Manuel Antonio (5 minute drive) and would have skipped Quepos if we knew how close MA was, we still went back to this restaurant 2 more times.

We traveled all over costa rica and this hotel was up there as one of best that we visited. I would go back there in a heart beat.

We stayed for a week at the Best Western in Quepos. It is then shining star of the whole city as far as we could tell. Clean, friendly staff, central location. The swimming beach is 4 miles away by easy and quick and cheap taxi or bus. THE BEST beaches I've ever experienced in Manuel Antonio park, A wonderful experience to remember. Incredible zip line tours through the jungle. Quepos is a typical small Central American City with basic but good choices. Great Bakeries. . Free very basic breakfast every morning at the hotel, which we supplimented by ordering cheap additional items off the menu. Several resturants, lots of great tours and lots to see. Resonable, but not cheap. All were worth the money spent. Pool was very clean but small. Noisy at night, loud motorcycles but not a big deal. I have met more friendly people than the locals of Quepos, but felt safe, even late at night. Great trip. Worth going with fond memories, but will go somewhere else next time. Good Trip!!!

The Best Western Kamuk in Quepos was a very pleasant surprise to us on our trip to Costa Rica. After staying in a questionable hotel in San Jose we were over-joyed to check-in to a clean, modern hotel with a great restaurant and bar to boot! Convineances like American television stations, security safe and most of all a very helpful front desk person. Even though we had only a one-night stay, we will remember that hotel as a vacation saver. To the staff, you're the greatest!.

Muy bien. Normal. Muy amable el personal. Pensé que por estar cerca del casino iba a ser difícil descansar, pero no., muy bien, no afecta casi nada.
