Great value for the money. Nothing extravagant, but all you need. Nice beach and a good restaurant just down the road called Rayana's.
Don't expect much.. Some rooms do not have a refrigerator. Very limited dining. But you do get what you pay for. Not a bad place just don't have high expectations.

Beachfront
There was a sewer smell entering the resort. The pool was way too hot with very little shade. The food and service we great. The rooms were clean and staff were very accommodating.
I liked the proximity to the beach, and the food was delicious. The service was very slow.
The property is right on the beach, relatively small, older, clean with an amazing tiki bar. The food is so good. No need to eat amywhere else. The food has typical costa rican food and american too. El miro and the Jaco sign are nearby, walking distance. I would stay here again

We stayed at Jaco Laguna Beach Resort for 4 nights, stayed in room #2 on the first floor. We had just come from Tamarindo and La Fortuna before that, so now it was time to relax on the beach a bit. The Resort is at the Southern end of the beach, and has great waves, and it's all sand, black and brown sand, and the water was nice and warm. Lots of surfers here. The Resort was nice and quiet, clean, and the staff was wonderful. The Bar and Restaurant staff were very hard workers and pleasant and spoke English well. The Front Desk staff were also nice and helpful. The food was good and we enjoyed relaxing at the pool the most. One thing that was pretty cool was that there were Scarlet McCaw's flying overhead all the time, pretty cool. We also looked forward every evening for the Sunsets here, as they were Fantastic. The location also makes for some great photos at sunset. The resort is far enough away from Town where you feel pretty secluded, but it's only 2 or 3 bucks for a taxi to Town. Lot's of things to do here, nice restaurants in town, Parks and Zip lines and horseback riding all close by. One of the best things was the Value compared to some other properties. For the Price, with the awesome staff, great beach, nice pool, fantastic sunsets and good food and drinks, we can definitely recommend the resort and will stay there again next time we are in Jaco Beach.
Right on the beach. Nice bar and restaurant. Really good ceviche and Tuna tartar. Felt safe and secure. Family friendly. Walls were well insulated. Didn’t hear the neighbors.
Super clean rooms beautiful beach no rocks like tamerindos beach had the resteraunt cook our catch best meal ever if the rooms had a mini fridge it would have been better I will stay their again good location minutes from Jaco
fabulous property and a nice quiet part of the beach. Facilities are well kept up staff is excellent the location is perfect in the amenities are complete.
