The breakfast was not that good. Some staff trying to sell you membership was too stubborn on the sell, even after I said no thanks. They were suggesting not to purchase from orbitz nor expedia. El desayuno no estuvo tan bueno. Unos miembros del staff vendiendo membresías fueron demasiado insistentes y sugerían no comprar de expedia o de orbitz.

The room was given to us 2 hours after the check in time and our children had to wait at the lobby for the room keys. I chose this hotel for the pool so my siblings could enjoy the place and we did lost half a day. When I asked for compensation, they offered a late check out until 1:30 pm which I usually get anyway for my membership status. Anyway, NOT HAPPY
