- The spacious, carpeted, master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a Flat-screen TV & private ensuite bathroom.

- The third bedroom has a full bed, along with a desk incase you need to work or study.

☆For parking, our driveway can hold one car, we have a garage for another car, and a separate garage for our golf cart.

Guest will have access to every space in the property.

You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

Other things to note:

Guest passes must be requested and received from a regional recreation center. Guest passes are good for all activities except for access to sports pools. The resident does not need to be present for the guests to utilize the facilities. When golfing guest passes will be sufficient, but guests have a small greens fee (typically $11) to play the executive courses.

While we don’t live on-site, we’re always just a message or call away! Our friendly, responsive team is available 24/7 via Airbnb messaging or phone to ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable.

For anything urgent, we also have a local Operations Manager and a Quality Control Specialist based right here in The Villages. Contact information for the on-site Operations Manager will be provided after check-in to assist with any immediate needs.

For profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5, we also require a fully refundable security deposit for the stay once the booking is confirmed. The deposit is simply pre-authorized on your payment method, and would only be charged if there were any damages or missing items upon checkout. This is required prior to check-in instructions being sent.
