Our experience was horrible ants crawling around in the room towels wasn’t white bed was lumpy carpet looked like mud was on it the water got shut off and we was unable to shower for two hours or use the restroom.

They charge you an extra $150 on top of paying for the room for a deposit that they say they give back. They charge an extra $20 per person after the first person. They also have a paper in the room that says if you have visitors after 6 pm they charge you $250 per person. And they guys who checked us in was very rude.

This property is very unsafe! Men lurking outside of our room and no security lock on doors. Brought it to the staffs attention and was told "its fine they have cameras and the strange men are fine they chat with many of the staff and customers." We checked out immediately and unfortunately were unable to get any of our payment back even though we felt unsafe and didnt stay at the property. Very dissatisfied in the customer service of Mountain star and expedia as they both refused to issue a refund
