Enjoy this brand new elevated spacious retreat with lots of natural light and great views! This retreat features an open concept (large open kitchen, dining and living room). This new apartment is fully furnished with brand new appliances and matching cabinets, and granite countertops. Sleeping accommodates up to seven people with one king bed, a queen pullout bed, a twin pullout bed and an extra cot if needed. The retreat has a huge master bedroom with a sitting area and large master walk in closet. It has a fully loaded kitchen and there is a coffee bar with all the fixings! It has a large laundry room with a washer and dryer. Guests can unwind in the gorgeous living areas and enjoy AC or heating, WiFi, and other brilliant amenities provided.

The property has many shade trees, gardens and incredible views! This retreat is near abundant adventures and activities, National Parks, Brian Head Ski Resort and Cedar City, the Festival City! Abundant adventures are nearby for recreational vehicles, hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, rock climbing, canyoneering, paddling and more! Activities in the Festival City include the famous Shakespeare festival and Tuacahn plays. Enjoy playing many sports including golf, pickleball and competing in the Utah Summer Games! This was a beautiful place to rest our head and relax from our long drive. Rick was so accommodating. He even went out of his way to prepare the fold-out beds for us so they were ready for the kids upon arrival. Our stay was short but sweet. We would love to book this rental again in the future.

Amazing stay. Such a nice clean space in a beautiful rural area that is still close enough to access Cedar City within 5-10 minutes of driving. Host was great and very friendly. Great price and great value - one of our favorite properties we’ve stayed at in Utah.

This home was beautiful! Well maintained, clean, easy to access from the highway and the property is gorgeous. The owner has clearly put in a lot of work to make this a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. My only complaint is the coffee setup. Coffee maker was a hybrid Krueger setup that either made too much overflowing the mug, or spat water out the back for no reason when using ground coffee. Would either request larger mugs or an actual pot.
