This hotel is a gem. I stay weekly at hotels nationwide and this one is on my return list! The staff are excellent, the rooms are and smell clean, the breakfast was great. This hotel is on par with National brands that charge double. Keep up the good work and whenever I am in the Cedar City area this will be my go to hotel.

Room was clean and set up well. We are our reservation late online and missed a phone call asking when we were would be arriving. They were very courteous when we arrived at 10:30. So just to know they reach out is nice. Breakfast was awesome and their remodel of the front lobby will be so modern and add to a great hotel with courteous staff!

The hotel didn’t pre warn us about the construction. The TV was messed up and the picture was not working. The AC was blowing HOT instead of cold. And they charged me $120 because my hair dye colored the linens. I have had dyed hair for 10+ years and never had this issue at any other hotel. I’d Never stay here again. I’m so glad I was able to cancel my second reservation via Expedia.

I stayed from November 10, 2025, to November 13, 2025, to visit two national parks. Check-in was swift and convenient, the room was immaculate, and there was no unusual odor. The bed and pillows were clean and sufficient. The only minor issue was the mini-fridge, which had an unusual odor. The bathroom and toilet were clean and equipped with both hot and cold water. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and offered a variety of options. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay.
