This property is brand new, with all modern conveniences. It is beautifully decorated. My friend and I each had our own bathroom. Out the back door is a walking trail that goes on for miles through the city and surrounding red rock. It is close to downtown and the festival. We contacted the owners with a question. They responded immediately. We had a wonderful time, and will return.
