The hot tub isn’t “hot” at all. No one could figure out how to make it hot. Breakfast is done at 9:00AM, which if you’re at a hotel, relaxing, who wants to wake up that early so you don’t miss breakfast? Even a McDonald’s serves breakfast longer than 9AM. The TV’s don’t have the capability to airplay either, which is not too bad, but if there’s no bath tub (only showers) in the hotel room… make sure the hot tub works.

Broken filthy shower

We were delayed in the check in as they mentioned there was a mixup with the status of the room from housekeeping. They did some checks and then can back saying the room was ready. We got key cards and everything seemed fine until the next morning. The shower was filthy and disgusting so gross. It was cracked and dirty. Also the elevators were gross as well. Would have had a great stay of our room was clean. Customer service agreed the shower was dirty and thanked me for bringing it to their attention but didn’t offer any apologies or consideration.
