Trevligt poolområde och bar. Fin promenad genom skog ner till stranden. Finns även daglig transport från hotellet ner till stranden om man inte vll promenera. Kommunikationen var inte jättebra, vi fick specifikt fråga om lösenord till Wi-Fi (som för övrigt bara fungerar vid poolen och inte i lägenheterna). Allt annat fick vi också specifikt fråga om (transport till stranden, slutstädning osv). I övrigt ett mysigt ställe. Kan även varmt rekommendera vattenparken som finns på orten, klart värt inträde och en hel dag spenderas lätt här! Även lätt att få tag på taxi om man vill ta sig runt smidigt men inte har bil!

La struttura è carina, con piscina e tennis,gratis+ ristorante centro benessere, campo da calcio etc...insomma di cose cene sono, il prezzo è proporzionale e la spiaggia non è lontana, unica pecca la pulizia sopratutto del balcone se prima ci sono stati degli animali e il mono è veramente mono (una stanza unica con bagno) quindi se si è in 4 privacy addio.

Nice apartments. Just 10 minutes walk to the beach. The beds in the sleeping rooms are good, the couch is uncomftable. In the restaurant the pizza is the best. The shop could have more stuff. Perhaps it is better in August. We enjoyed the stay.

Umgebung top,Service,Sauberkeit ein totaler Flop!

Die Ferienanlage ist wirklich schön aber der Service und die Sauberkeit ist eine absolute Frechheit!!! Unser Zimmer war so dreckig das man im Staub auf den Möbeln zeichnen konnte!!! Das beschriebene "grosse" Schlafsofa war ein kleines Bett mit Schublade voller Schimmel! Wir mussten zusätzlich ein Bett kaufen damit wir wenigstes schlafen konnten! Roomservice gab es keinen 10 Tage lang...die frischen Bettlaken wurden einfach auf den dreckigen Tisch geschmissen, Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, Die Balkontüre war defekt, WIFI funktionierte nur bei einem Gerät, Unter dem Doppelbett war ein grosses schimmliges Brett, Einen Zimmersave gab es trotz Buchung keinen im Zimmer, Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Hintereingang wo man ab 19:00 benutzen musste war eine Zumutung für jedes Fahrzeug!, Das Restaurant (Alfredo) ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen, alles Produkte aus der Dose und das in Italien! Alles in allem können wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) diese Ferienanlage auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen!!!

Grazie alle ragazze dell'accoglienza e a un Po di fortuna, anche se con una spesa maggiore, abbiamo trovato.una soluzione abitativa più vicina alle ns. Esigenze. Più silenziosa e più spaziosa. Nella camera (Blocco Residence n.116) sono presenti lungo alcune pareti evidenti segni di umidità di risalita il chè comporta che nell'ambiente sia presente un cattivo odore di chiuso e di muffa. Avendo fatto il check-in di corsa e siamo usciti, non ce ne siamo subito accorti e non abbiamo potuto chiedere di cambiare stanza (siamo rientrati in tarda serata) ed abbiamo soprasseduto visto che dovevamo pernottare solo due notti. Per quanto riguarda il deposito cauzionale (€ 200) ci è stato detto che poteva essere lasciato anche mediante carta di credito, ma su tale aspetto non ci è stato precisato che lo sblocco dell'importo avviene dopo 10/15 giorni lavorativi dal check-out! Ad oggi l'importo non è stato ancora sbloccato sulla carta, seppur in fase di check-out la camera sia stata ispezionata ed il deposito cauzionale sbloccato. Se lo avessimo saputo quando avevamo chiesto le informazioni, avremmo dato la somma in contanti che ci sarebbe stata restituita il giorno del check-out. Infine sarebbe il caso di segnalare che, arrivati a Cecina, bisogna seguire le indicazioni per Cecina Mare e non quelle del navigatore che, seguendo il percorso più breve per raggiungere la struttura, ti porta lungo un sentiero "avventura" (come definito poi alla reception) con il rischio di sfondare la macchina! Peccato non avercelo detto quando abbiamo chiamato il giorno prima dell'arrivo (il fatto è anche noto in struttura) o non sia chiaramente indicato in fase di prenotazione.
