This drive is situated in a truly sleazy and dangerous area you're scared to walk out at night daytimes not much better if you don't mind stuff that look like rundown krimz trying to picture this or that you might be tempted to accidentally stay there I found the dark dingy and really even though it's inexpensive it didn't give me bang for buck I would suggest you avoid this one I have stayed at heaps of hotels in Cebu and this was one of the worst

My wife is traveling on business and she says the only thing good about the hotel is the location. Slept with stained sheets as she had no choice, unclean bathroom, no door lock, just a slider chain, and now the breakfast is sooo late that her appointment is a maybe. I can't understand as the ratings are higher than what she is experiencing. Not happy.

We checked in is a family of 5, and got a very spacious room. :) But here is all the "but-s": The door/door key: Old-fashion door lock with a highly undersized key, and together with a stupid way of twisting the knob together with the key, of course during some time, the key will be weekend and in the end, break. So our key broke, and even the serviceman told us that the complete hotel was old, rusty and outdated, counting door locks, water hoses, fausets and so on. :( We were given another room, instead of the one with the broken key. :) The front desk personel would charge us for the broken key, but my wife managed to talk us out of the mess. Next: The carpet. The room got a floor carpet, fluffy and really soft. :) The problem in both rooms we was offered, was all the stains and spots on the carpets from previous guests and visitors. Quite grousse. Yackie :( Then the aircon: The rooms got a aircon, but it was facing the wrong way, and together with curtains and a big tv-desk, the aircon got just a small effect in the bed area. :( The hotel got a small, but cosey swimming pool on the rooftop. Probably the best thing with this hotel, together with the location, 800meters from Ayala Center (about 70 pesos by taxi). :) We stayed just for two nights, then we found another hotel.

The hotel was a bit less wonderful than I had imagined, or had imagined from the pics, but I plead stupidity - it was only the leaps and bounds of my imagination! The breakfast was not worth eating, I did try it once, but I am a bit of a foodie, so keep that in mind. Minimum standards still apply, though. The breakfast SHOULD BE BETTER! The pool was a bit cloudy, and a small bit of cloud at that, but it was wet and for the price paid for the room, I accept that the pool is an afterthought and need not be mentioned again. My room was clean enough but borderline (again, for the off-season price I paid, it was OK). The window unit A/C needed a tough love guiding hand as it tended to screech, howl and vibrate uncontrollably once in a while. The view of a neighboring wall was, well, all that a yellow wall across from me could promise to be. No mini-bar or bar fridge was a let-down, but that's the kind of place this is. The complimentary tea/coffee was instant-bagged stuff, yet there was no possible way of heating water for it! Huh? One morning I just mixed it cold or as is (with the water I bought elsewhere as the complimentary water was only present the first day of a 3 nights stay). Still, the reception desk staff were sort of nice - although I hate standing there nicely in line waiting patiently to talk to them, while another rude guest (or two) butts in and they talk to them before me. Happened twice. I saw these intrusions, can't they see it? Or do they only respond to the rude and pushy?

the room was dark. there was something leaking from the aircon. The toilet is dirty but bearable. Urine stains on the toilet, which obviously meant that it was not cleaned thoroughly. No curtain shower so be ready for wet floors. Wifi is oh so terrible. I can only connect to the wifi if i stay beside the entrance door, or if i go out of my room. I can get a wifi signal but most of the time, no internet connection. Called the front desk due to the no connection, but still... no connection. Lobby is dirty, sofa stinks. The hotel is good to look at during the night, in the morning, you can see all the horror. Pool is super dirty, the water is like bluish gray in color. It is like somebody went their to paint and cleaned the paint brush in the swimming pool. Eww so dirty.

We stayed here for 3 days and 3 nights!! Its amazing stay, but i just have a few observation and comments bout the service of the hotel so that they can improved it. 1. we cannot order food in the they're restaurant beyond 8 pm and in the morning before 11 am. Pulutan is not available for the drinks and etc 2.Room service matagal, you need to remind them for how many times. 3.CR smells stinky. 4.No slippers available/no shampoo 5.Some of they're on duty receptionist not attentive. Im hoping for improvement of the hotel, so that we can reccommend it to our friends and loveones!! Its average service, pero im gonna, stay there next time.

The Online Prices Are Total BULL$#IT!! Prices don't include a 1,104PHP "breakfast fee" for an 11-year-old child.....Our 1,396 PHP (inclusive) per night for 2 adults went to 2,500 PHP (inclusive), because our daughter was 11 years old. A difference of 7,728 for a 7-night stay...You decide!

I booked to stay here Mid last year , was told OK i can pay cash . 2 weeks before arrival i was told new owners insist i pay by credit card . When i refused to do this I was called a retard by manager

Good location between mango avenue and ayala but its not a place i would stay more than a night or 2 and you are in budget the price is good ,but you have what you pay for, small swimmingpool on the top but the rooms need renovations, was also bitten of mosquitos or bugs in the nite about 30 bites, and not sure if it was mosquitos,it didnt happen one time before in other hotels,a rooster had a noicy night all night and that was hard to sleep

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I could tell the moment our taxi entered the property. The sofa at the lounge area were decorated with mold and mildew. I am not an OC kind of a person but ew! The hotel is dimly lit. It smells like an old warehouse and it looks like a haunted house. Whenever the elevator opens, I am surprised there are no zombies. The room is dark and smells really used. Whatever is on the bed and the sheets? Ill leave it to your imagination. I could not step into the bath without wearing my slippers. There is a light switch at the shower that lets out an "industrial" sound. Pool? It's 5 feet deep. Useless for little children.
