We were booked here by our HR as a last ditch effort due to an event in Cebu that made the other hotels fully booked. True enough, its really your last ditch effort hotel. Part of it was a condo/ residential. When you enter the room, you can already smell a distinct damp odor. Then there were small cockroaches. In the morning, our luggages got all wet because the aircon was dripping the whole night. Breakfast is terrible, my Singaporean friend just did not eat. Not recommended, the place needs more maintenance and some caretaking.

Hotel is in fairly good location and is very reasonably priced. My room was very clean with a view over the city to the sea and was quiet/ Facilities are adequate and the restaurant is good, cheap and clean. There are shops and a laundry nearby. The staff are outstandingly helpful and nice to deal with. A good intermediate between the cheap pension hotels and the luxury hotels. I would recommend it for a stay.

Hotel is approximately 10 mins. from the Pier 1, and within 2-15 minutes walking away from the hotel, widespread of restaurants, shops and malls which is perfect location if you do not have car with you. Hotel room is decent with kitchenette and mini bar, worth for its price. Balcony is available with the city view with you prefer to smoke or just to have a drink and breath some fresh air. Front Office Staffs are pleasant and helpful enough to assist if you need so. Just one thing that i do not like in the hotel is the bad smell coming from outside which affects inside the lobby. (i understand that its not the fault of the hotel as its the city's government concern) but if they can put air freshener which makes the lobby more accommodating.

Worth the money. Very good view. Clean room with nice and welcoming staff. The location is also good within the city down town.hope they could also stock some utensils like fork spoon plate that can be used by the visitors in case they buy some food outside. However in general my stay was as its best.

You might save a few dollars at this hotel, but believe me it's not worth it. Be prepared not to be able to flush tissue in toilet because it's not allowed in the hotel at all. A lot of roaches! Most of the staff will mislead you or play like they can't understand what you are saying. Example: Simple question ..What time is checkout? Three different staff three different answers ....I think 2pm .....Don't worry just checkout when you wake.....probably around 3pm...The real answer is Noon ....I received that answer from another guest that got charged another day for checking out at 1pm. Wifi and water pressure is weaker than than wet toilet paper. Hot water is rare. So many issues I don't have time to go over them all ....bottom line is Just get a room at the Marriott next to the Ayala mall where you'll probably spend most of you time, They also have an American in that area as well.

Was there for a graduation ceremony. Hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. Food was good and overall, the hotel delivers within expectations. They need to improve their parking though as the path tend to be too dark and the surrounding smells bad.

Our corner room is located in 10thF great in appearance, bed is very comfy. view is also great, except for the rusty stained roof houses nearby. Toilet and bath is very small, but still okey. The only notable turn off was the water heater, looked like it wasn't cleaned in months. Appreciate that they did cleaning on our third day of stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially in the balcony :)

It was literally a stinky stay.We stayed for few nights in the City before our tour to Moaloal and Oslob. The time yu get inside and check in you would notice the stinky/fould smell,We asked what causes it and was told that its their trash that were not collected. So we said okay and thinking that the smell would be gone the next day.. But nope. Its still their. The hallway smells too. So the entire stay it smells aweful. The toilet seat/area is tight . Overall, its terrible stay except the bed.

If u stay few days only single bed!!! Bathroom without hot shower good balcony with city view but no wifi only in lobby.. Restaurant is cheap but not tasty no good value for this price you can found better in the city..

Nice hotel comfortable bed Great water supply for showers great view i was on 22 nd floor Free breakfast m good variety 'only negative for me was that they would not cook bacon for me. on last day they said i could have bacon if i pay for it ??? no pool but access to swim at sister hotel about 10 minutes walk room service ok reception staff ok I booked online and negotiated and got great discount thank you louve
