Second stay at the property, I would stay again despite the indifference of the front desk. The service was improved from my first visit but hospitality is not a thing here. Paul at the Skydeck was the absolute best at customer service, he could teach everyone else on staff how to provide customer service, and they could use a crash course 👍

No, towels. Wet floor constantly. Paid for breakfast included then they charged me again for breakfast after i paid for it. They added it to room nightly charge but receipt doesnt mention breakfast it just shows i paid more per nightly rate.

Decent Stay, but Timing Made It Chaotic

The timing of our stay coincided with a festival, so the hotel was very packed, and there were long lines for the elevators, which added to the chaos. The room itself was not bad, but nothing exceptional. We were especially looking forward to the beautiful, large pool, but unfortunately, it was closed for a sanitation review during our entire visit, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for the price, but the experience was less enjoyable due to the festival crowd and the unexpected pool closure.

Staff are very nice. But room has roaches, roof deck has a nice ambiance but food is not that great. One elevator not functioning well, I was stuck at one point but good thing, it opened when I tried to push to another floor and elevator not so well maintained.

The flat itself is very spacious. The 360 Roof Deck is a nice area to 🥂drink and relax The lobby was always crowded especially during check in and out Reception is too relaxed (unhelpful) The Security guards are the only helpful and friendly by the back drop off area of the building. I’ve occupied 2 different level of the building the adjacent building was an eyesore VIEW (as it’s was caught fire a year ago) I was told. BUT if you like walking it’s a best place to be as it’s close to Ayala Mall Love Cebu❤️

The building needs updating. (Elevator still reads 2011) weird smells. The room I was in was well kept but again, could use some updates. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room service everyday was nice and clean. Refilled any commodities that needed filling. Food was good. The location is fantastic. It’s in the centre of all necessary stores. Close to Ayala IT park and some great restaurants around. Carefull tho when walking around; lots of street children running rampant and homeless ppl staring if your alone. Otherwise. Would come back and would recommend.
