The reason I stayed here is the shopping and the food court. The mall with its own hotel. No need to get a cab to get some food. Everything is inside. Less spending for transpo.

Conveniently located with direct access to Robbinson Gallaria Mall. Staff was all helpful and cheerful during my stay. We had some excitement as there was a fairly stong earthquake. But we were all well cared for. Some tiles were shaken off the wall i. The bathroom and I saw some water leaking in the cafe area but otherwise the building seemed fine so was clearly built correctly. My 9nly complaint just how is that I forgot a bad with a book, Bose earbuds and reading glasses. I email the property and messaged via Expedia but even 12 hours later have not seen any response. As I have a reservation for in the last week of October I was hoping obe if the staff could collect it and keep it safe untill I returned. Maybe I'll hear back tomorrow.

Great place for a family, couple or business

Nice hotel, rooms and pool. I wish there were an on-site restaurant and bar. Adjacent mall is convenient only until 9 pm. Breakfast staff excellent. Food pretty good over all. Room service pricey because of no restaurant owned by hotel. Hint, get ice, beer, liquor, etc from mall marketplace. Mini fridge a plus. Bed too soft for me. Very responsive front desk and all cleaning and maintenance staff. Definitely would stay here again. The family suite with semi separate kid room was really helpful.
