All of the staff was friendly and very helpful! The room, pool, and whole property was clean and tidy. We loved being able to borrow a bike for the day and really appreciated having drinking water readily available. Close walk to everything but quiet at night. This hotel was phenomenal. The room was always cleaned upon our return and they even remembered my birthday over this stay and ensured I walked into birthday balloons after a day of exploring. Audré was very attentive, checking in on us and answering any requests/questions we had very timely. Beautiful place, lovely island decor and all very clean and new looking. Staff was very cordial and welcoming and were able to help with all our needs. It is about a 5 minute walk to water taxi and restaurants. Bikes are provided for free that we used on trails around the island. View of sunrise and sunsets from the premises were great. We really enjoyed our week at Tree tops hotel. Stunning view with the sunrise outside the window. Audre and the stuff are super helpful, professional. The housekeeping was impeccable. Location is also very good, a short walk away from the noisiest bars. We were never disturbed bud we had everything a short walk away. Bicycles are also free to borrow since this is the best way getting around the island.
