I really liked the apartment we stayed in. The place was very clean, staff were pleasant and helpful. Also, it was nice to each have our own bedroom and a kitchen. Definitely will recommend this property to anyone going to Caye Caulker. Very reasonably priced!

The staff was really nice and helpful. The place looks better than on the pictures. The amenities are just what we needed but don't expect lots of extra to prepare a more complicated meal. We would have stayed longer!

After staying elsewhere on the island I definitely appreciated the clean quiet comfort of Rachel Land. It ticked all the boxes for a traveler, and was above average for many of the items that can be more questionable with Island life... Water was hot, the property was extremely clean, staff were kind, it was a great experience overall. We would absolutely come back in the future.

Room very clean, huge bedrooms, comfortable beds. Staff- Sandy and Don- is excellent, helpful and friendly. Living room furniture could use an update, and seating for 4 would be an improvement. Very good value, would stay again.

Nice hotel, would have been even better if it wasn’t for the construction going on right in the middle of everything. The staff was very nice and helpful but it is a distance from most things you will do so make sure you rent a golf cart.

Staff was great! Sandy was always helpful and kind. The place was clean and super spacious. Beds comfortable (pillows not so much). Not great for cooking as kitchen had bare minimum in it in terms of utensils, etc. I would give it five stars except the couch was brutal! I think it hated being sat on. We would have loved to chill and watch a movie at the end of the day but it was literally unbearable to sit on for more than 30 minutes. Met some good people also staying there and the location is ideal - just outside the fray where it's a bit quieter and less golf carts passing by but still walkable to everything on the island.

Very nice place to stay. The mini-kitchen is very worth it to cook in house. The hamacs were not there and the washing machine was broken. Other then that, very very good!

I like the convenience and how you get to be on your own. But the property need to do better in making sure windows, doors can close and seal properly so that bugs/mosquitos don’t get in. It’s both healthy and clean to do so. Other than that the place was good.

I stayed here for five days. My room was very spacious and clean. The kitchen included more than i thought it would. It included pots, dishes and more. I also purchased the 5-gallons of water for my stay, and it was completely worth it. I have zero complaints. The young lady in the front office was super helpful and nice! Everywhere was within walking distance. The busiest parts of the area only about two blocks away from Rachel Land. It was great!

The Reservation was Cancelled by the Rachel's Land as they were closing whilst Issues with the Virus were resolved . Please see the Email Tgeead through the Websute. Please confirm that €130 was not charged in all or in part.

I had a really great stay here and was really wild by the amenities in relation to the price paid! The check-in process was smooth and easy and the staff helpful there at the front desk. Should be noted that they don’t have 24 hour staff there, but they have a gate to secure the compound and if you need any assistance they do provide a number to call In terms of location, it was a little bit out of the core of the hustle and bustle so had to walk a bit to get to restaurants and convenience stores, but this is also not a very large island so most of those things you can get to within 10 minutes or less. It is however very close to the airport if you’re gonna be flying in or out of this place. Less than a 5 minute walk. Over the course of my travel across the country this was by far my most enjoy accommodation and came with great Wi-Fi, a microwave and a full kitchen, including a stove top. Everything was clean upon check-in and no issues throughout the stay.
