Place was clean. Pool and dock are great. Listing misleading as the pictures of large wrap around balcony are from front house, NOT this listing and irs actually two completely separate 1- bedroom apartments, not one “entire home” as advertised. We were traveling as a family of 4 with young kids and had to split up - not what we were expecting. Also lots of sargassum and trash piled up on “beach”, definitely should not be advertised as beach front.

What might be helpful to others is that this is NOT a 2BR, 2 bathroom unit. It is actually 2 separate units each with their own private entrances, kitchens, living areas and porches. Basically a duplex (one up and one down), which was great for us - 2 female friends traveling together. Properties were really clean and both beds were comfortable. For people planning on vacationing here, I would suggest bringing some spices from home and coffee filters if you like a morning cup of jo. There are no provisions other than filtered water. There are pots, pans, knives, plates, bowls, and silverware but nothing else. If you are planning on cooking, you will need to bring all provisions. Groceries are cheaper and more abundant on the south side of Caye Caulker. We would definitely stay here again and preferred the north side of Caye Caulker which is a little quieter and more relaxing. Restaurants on the north side were all wonderful! Bliss Beach and the new Bounty Bay Beach club are both fun. Make sure to try the Shrimp Ceviche at Bliss Beach...the best I have ever had!! I highly recommend renting a golf cart and buying a 5 time pass from the Split-to-Split ferry guys for 50 USD which will allow you to cross the split 5 times (back and forth) with your golf cart. Otherwise it is 25 USD per round trip. We will be back!! Thank you for the great stay.

The room was clean and had many of the basics. The property description is a little misleading as there is no beach on the property. There is a seawall and an amazing pier, but do not expect a beach or a good place to swim. The water is very murky and full of sargassum, and unfortunately a fair amount of trash. Some photos are clearly old because neither unit has a deck as seen in some the photos. There is no ocean view, but the trees are lovely. Speaking of trees, this was a big issue. The wind blows constantly on the island and at least one tree hits the metal roof hard and repeatedly, making a very loud banging sound all night. It was difficult to sleep during the entire stay with a tree limb smashing the roof all night.

Good communication with property managers and very clean unit in an excellent location. Listing photos were misleading for the units we stayed in. I think they were photos of the other building. The dock was nice and our fishing guides were able to pick us up there. The pool is very shaded and there is no swim access or beach on the property. Overall a very comfortable stay but not if you are looking for beach front.
