Pool heating fee is $115/night November to April. Heating is $85/night May till October. Please let us know in advance to heat the pool. Pool heating must be purchased for the entire stay.

Pets are allowed, as long as they are potty trained and any mess is cleaned up right away as it could damage the floors. Pets left alone in the house must be crated. There is a pet fee of $40/night per pet

Per Cathedral City quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. In addition to the noise standards identified in Chapter 11.96 of the code, no radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, compact disk player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from the outside of any unit used for short-term vacation rental. All vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and their peaceful enjoyment of their property.
