Ideal apartment for two to four people but can accommodate up to five or six.
The apartment is located in a quiet area in the center of the village of Marinella di Selinunte, offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the marina, is just 5 minutes from the archaeological park and one minute from the beach.
Extending over two floors, the apartment has two entrances: in the upper level there was the living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and the balcony with sea view; in the floor below the bedrooms and the bathroom with a bathtub. From the second entrance you look out onto a small veranda overlooking a residential street that is not very crowded and reserved.
Except July and August, the street is reserved for apartment guests and especially for children.
The cozy apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a desk.

Lovely village

Having stayed in August we aware it would be very warm but the property had air con ......well the air con was over the front top door and the bed rooms were 1 and 2 floors below , so could not benefit from it , and property had WiFi it said on the details .......we had WiFi for 5 days out of the 14 , very annoyed at this . But overall we really enjoyed our stay and all the local restaurants served lovely food and the apartment was very close to the beach . The beach could have done with raking because there was wood everywhere and horrible sea weed as you entered the water .....would not go back to the resort as it has a terrible problem with parking and rubbish collection , if you can overcome this give it a visit , we are quite easy going but it does stress you out .

The apartment is situated just a couple of steps next to the ocean; was very clean and cozy and has a spectacular view over the harbor. Just the perfect place to relax and enjoy.
