La Villa Bougainvillea en terrazas se encuentra en una zona poco urbanizada en una empinada ladera sur. Dos plazas de aparcamiento se encuentran dentro de la propiedad de 3.000 m².

La villa idealmente consta de unidades residenciales independientes y, por lo tanto, también se puede alquilar exclusivamente para 4, 6 u 8-9 personas. Incluso con menos ocupación, usted alquila exclusivamente la propiedad. ¡Nadie perturba tu privacidad!

La casa principal tiene dos dormitorios, cada uno con su propio baño, un gran salón, un aseo de invitados, la cocina con comedor, un patio con sombra y la terraza panorámica. Desde esta terraza, maravillosa área de comedor, puede disfrutar de una vista abrumadora del Mar Mediterráneo, la Bahía de Naxos y el Etna. El panorama de la tarde ofrece un fascinante mar de luces.
Ya sea a través de una escalera externa o desde la terraza desde la terraza se llega al nivel del primer apartamento con 3 camas, las escaleras conducen más abajo al segundo Apartamento (2 camas). Los apartamentos tienen su propio baño y un pequeño salón.

Perfect stay for a multigenerational family in close to Taormina! Pool and views were gorgeous. We were connected to a driver who also made the stay much more manageable for the baby and older guests since the way up to the villa was very hilly. He was super communicative and became a highlight of our trip!

My friends and I enjoyed a great stay in the villa. Spotlessly clean, really well equipped with amazing views of Taormina and Mount Etna. Plenty of space for all of us to socialise and cook in the well equipped kitchen. Easy access to the local area.

We were a group of 8 friends and we loved our stay at Villa Bougainvillea. The house, view and pool were beautiful, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and Silvana the property manager was awesome The walk down to Taormina is fine if you take it slowly, we even walked back up once. We did day trips to other places and were very happy coming home to jump in the swimming pool to cool off and enjoy the sanctuary of the villa. I highly recommend a stay at this lovely property.

Hill top abode

Beautiful property with exquisite views of Taormina and Etna. On our last night we had quite a show of Etna erupting in the night sky. The house is perfect for a multigenerational family with separate living spaces and then large communal spaces. Daniel and Raphael are great hosts with connections to drivers and private chefs. We had a memorable family trip that I will cherish.

To say that this Villa was BELLISSIMO is an understatement! This was an amazing experience. The villa was really great. We felt really at home. Sylvia was so helpful with all our necessary needs. The house had all the things we needed. It was really a memorable 5 days. All of us had a fantastic time in this villa The most amazing part was when in the evenings we sat in the balcomy and watched the beautiful view of the city. Great escape to Taormina

We just left after a week in Villa Bougainvillea and it could not have been more perfect. Daniela, Raphael, and Silvana were amazing hosts and considered every detail with this house as a rental property. The views, pool, and lounge areas are all incredible and the beds were comfortable. Even Better Than the Photos – Absolutely Incredible Stay!This was, without question, the most incredible rental we’ve ever stayed in. It’s one of those rare homes where the pictures simply don’t do it justice. The house is perfectly situated between Taormina and Castelmola, offering breathtaking views of Taormina and the sea below. Every morning and evening felt like a postcard come to life.The home itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and so comfortable—it felt both luxurious and welcoming. The owners and the house manager were exceptionally kind and helpful, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect.We also highly recommend using Mr. Pagano as a taxi driver and tour guide. He was wonderful—reliable, friendly, and always available when we needed him.If you’re visiting Taormina, look no further. This home is truly unforgettable.

Lovely villa with stunning views of Taormina & the Ionian Sea. Tastefully furnished with all you need for an enjoyable stay! The owners went out of their way to accommodate our family and make us all feel welcome - including answering many questions and providing recommendations to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The walk up from Taormina is a bit grueling but worth it for the views. Would love to return!

Perfect home for friends

We have just spent the most wonderful holiday in this villa. The owners certainly understand what it means to be a host. Communication before, during and after our stay was perfect: complete but not overly intrusive. The home was clean and elegant. The layout of 4 separate bedrooms and bathrooms gives each room privacy, while the common living areas are conducive to socialising with friends or family. This will forever be remembered by us as a place of joy, beauty and comfort.

Amazing Villa

The Villa was spectacular with an amazing view. Multi- level accommodations which was perfect for our group needs. It was well stocked and we appreciated the welcoming gift and little things like coffee, salt &pepper and other spices. It helps you don’t have to buy all these small items. The big table was great for eating and then games at night. Sitting outside with coffee in the morning and the view❤️👍. The pool was beautiful and clean - so lovely. A 5 start for sure.

Etna erupted whilst we were there!!

A wonderful villa with terraces facing Mt Etna and a lovely pool. 7 of us stayed in this delightful villa in peaceful tranquillity, situated half way between Taormina and Castelmola, incredibly secluded location The house flows down the hill with main accommodation at Ground / entry level. This included 2 bedrooms suites, incredibly well equipped kitchen / triclinium (haha - dining room) , and open lounge, with the 2 terraces. Floor -1 had a further bedroom suite. Floor -2 another bedroom suite. We did not hire a car and relied on hired-in electric bikes, local buses and trains.....that all worked well, especially the E-bikes

Came with 8 adult family members and SOs, had a great time. Property was recently remodeled and is gorgeous with a real local flavor. Clean, elegant and user friendly. Property manager very accessible to help with tips and needs. Pictures do not do it justice. Beware, everything's on a hill in Taormina, including the villa, bring your best billy goat and have fun!

Wonderful stay at Villa Bougainvillea

We would highly recommend this beautiful villa in the Castelmola / Taormina area. The house has been recently renovated to a very high standard, and includes four bedrooms with ensuites, several indoor / outdoor lounge and dining spaces, and patio / pool with the most incredible views. We thoroughly enjoyed our days / evenings spent at the villa, lounging by the pool and cooking meals with family in the well-equipped kitchen. We walked down to Taormina several evenings for dinner (with taxi back) - and walked the scenic path to Castelmola one morning. The hosts were excellent with communications - and provided restaurant and other recommendations for the area. Thank you for such a memorable vacation!!
