Not what we expected

The pictures online were amazing however the unit seemed run down and the outdoor spaces were not clean at all. Shower heads were old and clogged sinks were clogged. The management company would not respond the first day and so we did not have wifi until 11:30 the following day and it was only because we went to the management office and demanded the Wi-Fi code. The owners put in a new gate and door, but there was no automatic door openers so every time we came to park, we had to get out of the car and manually unlock a padlock on the gate. The house had no instructions for the TVs or for locking or unlocking the gates or for how to use the washer or dryer. There were no instructions for how to close the house down at the end of our rental.
