Podere Piaggette di Segalari has been renovated by dividing the old manor farm into two comfortable independent apartments. Surrounded by a century-old olive grove, it offers moments of true relaxation and full immersion in nature and silence.
From the hill on which the house is built, the surrounding landscape is dominated, ranging from the town of Castagneto Carducci to the sea, on clear days it is possible to see the islands of the Tuscan archipelago.
The house is divided into two apartments, completely renovated and furnished in a rustic style. A perfect place for outdoor barbecues and to enjoy both the sea and the countryside. The surrounding forest allows numerous walks and cycling routes. The house also has a large outdoor courtyard, with two accessible bathrooms with showers and toilets.

Wir haben hier zwei Wochen Toskana-Urlaub verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden.Die Lage ist super:Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 bis 15 Minuten an verschiedenen Stränden. Selbiges gilt für Supermärkte. Das Haus selbst liegt außerhalb von Castagneto Carducci in einem Olivenhain. Hier hat man komplette Ruhe. Einzig mit direkten Nachbarn (Zwei Mieteinheiten im Haus) muss man rechnen. Für Ausflüge in sehenswerte Städte erreicht man auch Volterra, Florenz o.ä. In 1 bis 2h.Die Wohnung selbst besteht aus 2 Geschossen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Küche sowie ein Esstisch und ein Sofa. Oben gibt es ein Bad sowie 2 Schlafzimmer. Eins mit Doppelbett, eins mit zwei Einzelbetten.Alles im schönen rustikalen Toskana Stil. Handtücher waren vorhanden, sowie Töpfe, Besteck und Geschirr.Was wir jedoch vermisst haben waren Dinge wie Spültücher, Spülmittel, Seife und Klopapier. Auch Gewürze oder Öl/Essig gibt es nicht. Wenn man das weiß ist’s ja kein Problem.Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr schnell und einfach über WhatsApp.Man sollte sich auf Bremsen und Moskitos einstellen, diese sind zuhauf anzutreffen.Man könnte gerade aus dem Aussenbereich sicher noch mehr rausholen, ist alles ein bisschen verwildert, aber dennoch sehr schön in der Natur und in der Stille.Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ulaub in der Toscana
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und erholsam, Internet wäre trotzdem hilfreich gewesen. Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön in dem Olivenhain. Die Küche war recht sparsam ausgestattet, aber für einfaches Kochen hat es gepasst. Alles in allem ein schöner UHerbsturlaub!

Traumhaft gelegenes Bauernhaus
Wunderschön gelegenes Doppelhaus inmitten eines Olivenhains. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und versprüht einen rustikalen Charme. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und jede Menge Gartenmöbel für die traumhafte Terrasse. Die beiden Ferienwohnungen liegen direkt aneinander und bieten sich an für einen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um viele sehenswerte Orte in der Umgebung zu besuchen oder zu einem der schönen Strände in der Umgebung zu fahren. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und brachten uns sogar Olivenöl und Wein mit. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit, vielen Dank für alles!

Wunderschöne Umgebung
Leider konnten wir wegen eines Unwetters nicht dieses Objekt Mieten.
Marco hat uns aber einen guten Ersatz organisiert.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber.
Einzig die Matratzen waren für uns zu hart. Aber da sind die Geschmäcker halt unterschiedlich. Auf jeden Fall hat Marco immer schnell und zuverlässig reagiert. Auch bei Problemen konnten wir Ihn kontaktieren.
Wir konnten unseren Urlaub sehr geniessen. Gerne wieder.

Haus im Olivenhain
Die Begrüßung durch Laura war schon so nett und fürsorglich, sie zeigte es uns alles und wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von der Ausstattung - im Inserat stand 1 Zimmer, anstatt der vorhandenen 3! Auch Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und komplettes Wäscheset waren nicht erwähnt - aber vorhanden, sehr zu unserer Freude. Alles liebevoll mit vielen kleinen Details und Antiquitäten und viel Platz! Großer Vorplatz mit 2 weiteren schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten, durch die Bäume unterhalb des Hauses kann man das Meer sehen und Castagneto carducci. Laura war immer per Telefon erreichbar, sie spricht gut deutsch und englisch und war sehr entgegenkommend und fürsorglich. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, aber nicht einsam, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, zu Strand und netten Nachbarorten nur einige Kilometer, Supermärkte in der Nähe, für uns die optimale Lage! Es war ein Traumurlaub - gerne zum Länger bleiben und Wiederkommen! Vielen Dank an Laura - Du bist ein Superhost!

Tolles Ferienhaus in der Toskane
Tolle ruhige Lage in den Olivenhainen mit Blick bis zum Meer. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küche, Bad und Bett top. Doppelhaushaushälfte. Wir hatten Glück mit unseren rücksichtsvollen Nachbarn. Tolle Strände, ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
Laura ist ein vorbildlicher Host!
