great experience, great location, friendly staff, very clean and quiet.

No toiletries..tooth brush, cotton wool bedroom slippers n kettle to make tea etc. Need to request n when it arrive it is for one n not three which we paid for the family room. Very annoying for the amt we paid for the hotel.

No kettle in the room for tea. No basic tolietries ( ie tooth brushes, facial cotton and slippers), Had to request for it and supply is made upon request. Our stay is for 4 nights and it was so troublesome.

Very under trained staff. Manger backed up very poor staff went we talked to him I've never stayed in a Sherton With staff so pool trains. SHOULD NOT BE IN THE SHERATON CHAIN

Very small beds We wanted to upgrade to a junior suite because we were 3 and we saw how small the bed are was told that we can't we have to purchase the suite for $800 and we will not get a refund for our room. Even though on website it's $300 So the pictures you see on there website are not actual so plan ahead

The hotel is old and neglected, very old furnture, dusty. Old over used towels. No hot water. Staff were nice and friendly but were slow in checking in and out. The hotel garage is scary, got one ramp for both intering and exiting.

Nice location, we walked with our luggage from the CTM bus station, which is right around the corner. The lobby is beautiful !! The staff very friendly and bilingual which is great !! The room was very nice, clean, comfortable, wifi was great. My only complaint was that the water, soda, juices and snacks available for sale in the room are OUTRAGEOUS !!! Leave them there and go outside and purchase water and snacks!!! Taxis are plentiful , but MUCH cheaper if you walk around corner to the CTM bus station or down the street. The ones that the hotel put you in are higher so the bellman can make commission. Went outside to get our meals, plenty of great places up and down the streets. Upon leaving we walked back to the CTM bus station and got a taxi to the airport , nice stay

The staff is not as friendly as u expect .. customer service ain't that good either .. when I got the room the lights in the restroom were not working and I had to complain twice to get them fixed (got fixed on the 2nd day) .. wifi connectivity sucks and u have to roam around in the room to find the last signal . better bring ur laptop and try the wired connection ..the staff forgot to provide complementary water bottle for a day .. the soaps were not changed one a day or two ... .. I would call it a 3 star rather than 5 star having said that the location is nice though ... the tv doesnt get u lots of channels but u can get ur hands on some good news channels ... not worth the hype but not that bad either

Good hotel, people were very professional was not very happy that we had to pay city taxes, we were not expecting that extra cost. Rooms were very clean, excellent bed and mattress, we loved the duvet on the bed, makes you fall asleep right away. The only bad thing was that it was ramadan period and its not a good time to visit. We could not eat anything on the streets during the day.

Trip to Morocco was memorable. Room was nice and roomy but, the heat was imbearable. A/c broken. ATM problems from day one. Must pay additional hotel taxes on check-out. Location was great for bus station to other cities. Manager , Mr Zeitune(SP) and a conceirge were great to us. Overall great experience, but would try another hotel.
