"The elevator was out and we were moved from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor. This was very difficult and unexceptable. No advance notice and no discount given for the elevator inconvenience. Very disappointing. "

"I had a great stay at Hyatt Place Knoxville Downtown. The location is a major highlight—within close proximity to excellent restaurants and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus, making it very convenient whether you're visiting for business, a game, or just exploring the area. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and everything ran smoothly overall. The only minor drawbacks were that breakfast closes at 9:00 AM during the week, which felt a bit early, and I had some difficulty getting the room temperature exactly where I wanted it. Aside from those small issues, it was a very positive experience, and I’d definitely stay here again."
