Breakfast was a joke, you could get a granola bar or a muffin and a coffee or a “juice” The bare minimum to “qualify”. Rooms were painted by a toddler I’d guess. Room was clean but not really clean. 3 very small pillows on a king size bed was a joke. Tv had lines running through it and was unwatchable.

My only complaint is that they wouldn’t let us leave our car there for a few hours for my uncle to tow it we were from out of town going to a funeral.

Nice beds, breakfast was almost gone at 8am. When asked for another set of towels housekeeping at first wanted my dirty towels back? After stating we were leaving today she said ok and left. Treating guests like a potential thief might not rub people the right way.

I really really really hope i never have to stay here again. As i was putting belongs in my car atc10:30, they were physically knocking on my door telling me i had to be out by 11:00. I stayed for 3 nights and i would ask to exchange dirty towels for clean but they would ignore me and walk on only for them to come back a few hours later demanding to do a towel count.

Pool was closed for maintenence so was very upset about that. Floors were very very dirty! Was not happy having black feet after u just clean your feet. Housekeeping needs to mop the floors!!! Asked for extra blankets thay told us they were out. Got no discounted rate. Very unhappy. Wont be back.

Check in staff was great. She even found extra pillows for us. The room was in poor condition and in need of repair in several places. It seemed the springs in the sides of the bed were broken and you would roll off if you got too close to the side. The floor was swept but I walked in socks and my socks were filthy! Towels were a dingy yellow color instead of white. The coffee pot lid would not stay down and therefore would not make coffee. I would not stay there again and I am not a picky person.

The floors in our room were very dirty! Not sure they have ever been properly cleaned! My feet were black! The rest of the room was clean so we did stay, but I made sure I wore my shoes when walking around the room!
