This is a great location, clean and comfortable spot. I would recommend this one and I am fussy. I would definitely stay here again. Close to the Hwy and newly renovated as well. Breakfast was good. No complaints.

Easy off, easy on from i75, very clean room, welcoming front desk, and a good selection of goodies for breakfast. Not much else to add other than we will definitely stay here again on our next trip on the i75. Oh, almost forgot, excellent room rate too.

The hotel and staff were very nice from the time we entered till the time we left. I had wrote down the front desk name and I have lost the paper. She was very pleasant and very helpful in recommending a good place to eat. She not only checked us in, but doubled back in the next morning and was there to check us out. (we were there the night of Nov. 9th) The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay here again.

Great place, very clean & love the beds & it’s just right off the interstate! Traveling back home & I chose here to stay! Excellent manager&staff who again made me feel so very welcomed! See you all again soon!😊

I spent a night here to get in range for a hiking trip into the Cumberland Gap National Park. Nice clean place with good breakfast and service. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Late night... Dead battery... and just not feeling like going down the road. I especially didn't want any "surprises" in a motel. This place was fantastic. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever had. While the breakfast was pretty unimaginative, it was adequate. Even with the Trip Advisor "deal", with taxes this was $113 so it's not cheap. If the price is ok, then it's a great place to stay.

Definitely not bad. I got a room last minute (I didn’t get one online; I just wanted to drive until I needed to go to a hotel) and got a really nice room. The pool was nice and clean when I went. While yes, this is the south, there were strange people, (no offense to people who live in the south) but they are not creepers. They were friendly and one old couple struck up a conversation, so don’t be judgy. Good place to stop if it’s late and you’re on your way to Pigeon Forge or somewhere in that area. *This hotel doesn’t take cash at night*

Very clean. Great variety at breakfast. Free wi-fi. Rooms are spacious. Recommend it. Convenient....right off 75. Nice and friendly staff. Would stay there again if in area. Price is great off Tripadvsior website.

One of the best Holiday inns I've stayed in. Staff was great and very helpful. Will definitely stay again. Very clean and bright. The breakfast is very good for a free meal. Coffee is good. Our room was very clean and the mattress was comfortable. Nice TV. Great bathroom and clean! We will be back on our next vacation.

I was told by the front desk when I called and by the national reservations agent to whom I was transferred that the room accommodated 5 people, which is also what the website says. I was told there would be a rollaway for the fifth person in a room with two queen beds. When I arrived, there was no rollaway and I was told that the hotel does not have them and never has. There was no offer to try to accommodate us in any way. My teenage daughter ended up sleeping on the floor the night before her grandmother's funeral! Not a pleasant experience for any of us. When I spoke to the manager after our stay (she was not there, I was told, during our stay), she repeatedly questioned me about who told me they had rollaways and said she couldn't believe anyone who worked there would say that! She finally offered me rewards points or a partial refund. I have yet to see any refund, and she never said how much it would be. A full refund would have been a good start, or at least a voucher for a stay at another property that does accommodate the number of guests it claims to accommodate! At this point, I'm not likely to ever stay in another HI or any other member of the chain. The lack of customer service we experienced was a real disappointment.
