A Few Things Needed Improvement

Some breakfast food had expired. Light in toilet and tub area was flashing constantly like a strobe light. We changed it out for another bulb from a lamp in our room. Beds were comfortable. Room appeared clean.

This is an older property with some nice 1960s charm. I promise, it has been renovated. It’s clean and set back from the highway, among a few other hotels. I could walk to a convenience store. The office is up front in a separate building. They honored my request for a first floor room. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe here. Thank you

Amazing stay for a last minute find. The veiw of the mountains out of my window was beautiful. I was pleased with the confort of the beds and the cleanliness. Definitely not your 4-5 star Hotel but this is only due to rooms being outdated and could use some renovations. The woman at the front was such a sweetheart to my daughter and myself. I have pinned this location for future use. Safe, cute, good view and clean.

Property needs to be updated. Rooms are dark and old, carpet dirty and didn’t smell fresh. The window in our room had a huge crack across it when we checked in. Reported it and receptionist responded they knew about it and said “don’t worry, we know you didn’t do it”. The hotel is in a good location just off I-75, so good for a 1 night stop when travelling, but be prepared for a very basic, not the cleanest room.

We took a look at the property & room and promptly cancelled. We wouldn't have felt safe there. It was old & unkept. The woman at the front desk was pleasant & handled it well.

We checked into this hotel for one night while traveling. First, the employee at the front desk was playing on his tablet trying to make a password work while I waited for him to wait on me. I asked if he needed something from me and he said no and continued to mess around with his tablet. Then, we were assigned a room relatively close to an area of the building that appeared to have been struck by a car and was boarded up. Next, we could only get scalding hot water from the sink and cold water from the shower. I tried for the entirety of my shower and even had my husband try to get hot water from the shower. Last, I noticed a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. Also the wash clothes were dingy and stained. I did not recommend my husband or children use the shower facilities in our rooms. There was a fee for our 2 dogs which was $20 each, but I was charged $45.70, so not sure why there would be tax or an additional service fee applied to a pet surcharge. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all!
