Upon arrival, the room was found to be unclean. The bathroom, in particular, was not properly cleaned. Additionally, there was visible accumulation of dust along the edges and corners of the room, indicating that these areas had not been cleaned for an extended period of time. The staff was friendly.

The staff was amazing during our stay! Especially the concierge, Luis, he was able to help us book 2 more tours that we were interested in. The breakfast had a wide variety everyday and the pool view was beautiful. Additionally, our room was clean and when we needed something it was easy to contact the main lobby staff for items. Truly enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is near various local restaurants and getting an uber was easy.

Lo único a destacar es la limpieza de la habitación. Diariamente lo realizan y la dejan impecable, por lo menos a nosotros nos tocó un caballero y fue espectacular. Lo demás tiene mucho que mejorar. Los empleados les falta mejor atención al cliente. Ser más agradables. Las opciones de desayuno y de menú a la carta demasiado limitado.
