Very nice and clean hotel and I have nice time with my family I recommend for everyone come to Colombia

Very friendly attentive staff was the highlight of the trip, this hotel is on the beach in Cartagena which you could say would be a prime location if you enjoy to stay on a beach with sand that looks like dirt. The sand is completely brown. We were travelling in July and the weather was stinking hot and all events that we attended at the hotel (note that we visited for a work function) were outside as seems they didn't have room for these events inside. I ate at all outlets of the hotel and food was really terrible, Hilton should be ashamed of this quality as they have the knowledge how to do better than this. A couple meals were just completely inedible. Rooms were very dirty, black grime in the creases of the light switches and the tile floor which had no excuse to be dirty was not clean. Room smelt of must and had to keep the airconditioning very low in order to keep the smell at bay. I was lucky to have airconditioner that worked as many colleagues complained of problems with the airconditioning. I don't recommend this hotel at all, and when choosing a hotel in Cartagena (if you must go!) make sure you stay in the "walled" City there are a few very tasteful hotels down there and this is where all of the beauty of Cartagena is.

Friendly staff clean rooms, nice clean pools, all was as advertized. Taxi can get you anywhere of interest. We never felt threatened when walking the streets of Cartagena.

Would've liked more restaurants and a less wait time for pool side service.

The hotel is a bit cut off from things, so if you want to do any walking around where you stay, this would not be the place. The pool, however, is really nice and very well maintained. There are actually three pools and three hot tubs and a nice little outdoor swim-up bar. All of this is very nice and relaxing and by far preferable to the beach which looks very dark and is crawling with vendors who don't take "no" for an answer. The cleaning staff is lovely, the front desk is very accommodating and, if you don't mind a long wait, the food service is pleasant. The beds and pillows are very comfortable! The rooms look a little run down (stained light shades, marks on walls, etc.) but it is comfortable and pleasant.

Very nice hotel, but for the price, one could expect free breakfast, free wifi, and a shuttle to/from the airport.

Our stay was amazing . Had an exceptional time. Everyone was very help.

Has direct access to 'semi-private' beach apart from 4 to 5 pools. The rooms are clean, though could have been better kept. The sea-facing rooms have nice ocean view but sadly do not have balconies. Breakfast spread is huge (and good!), but quite pricey (and usually not included in room price). They charge more than the indicative rate shown in Orbitz. The staff is friendly and caring.

The hotel location was great. Nice size pool and close to the beach.

The hotel was very nice and the pool area clean and large, the restaurants were delicious and economical

Service in the pool and beach area is very bad, front desk nice.

our experience at the hotel was wonderful. the only minor thing was but quite annoying was the peddlers on the beach. they are trying to make a living, but no is no. it was annoying to all of us and my children felt quite uncomfortable at times.

The hotel met our expectations. Great food and clean rooms. Friendly staff.

My husband, son and I stayed at the Hilton Cartagena for 5 nights. We had a junior suite which had 2 full rooms and 2 bathrooms. We had a large balcony overlooking the pool, tennis courts, and ocean. We also had access to the executive club, which included breakfast each morning and cocktails and appetizers at night. We could also use this club during the day for great coffee and soft drinks. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. I do not have anything negative to say. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean and the staff very helpful. We liked the fact that there was always someone at the door to help us with a taxi. We enjoyed the pool area very much and the fact that there were not a lot of street vendors around all the time. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options to choose from. Lots of fresh fruits and pastries among other local foods. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and found out the hotel doesn't change money and had to wait till Monday to go to a bank. We were told that that was the hotel policy... It was a little Inconvenient, other than that we had a great time.

Hilton cartagena is a great choice, the Hotel is very good and well located. With very good pools and at the beach. You can reach the major street CRA2 - San Martin by foot and to get to the Historic center is just 8.000 pesos far by taxi. Very good experience !

Nice staff, we get executive suite with city view. The service is súper B.

Stayed for 7 nights on vacations. Excellent service and warm people. Three big pools and well equiped gym. A little bit far from downtown Cartagena but at the same time close to the beach with excellent scenery.
