⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at this resort was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like a tropical paradise. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our entire stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The amenities were excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was peaceful yet fun at the same time. Every detail seemed thoughtfully planned to ensure guests have the best possible experience. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service and hospitality. We felt safe & welcomed from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out. The resort exceeded our expectations in every way and created memories that we will cherish for years to come. If you’re looking for a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a truly unforgettable getaway, I highly recommend this resort. We cannot wait to return!

I stayed here for 4 nights with my cousin and girlfriend. The location is convenient—right around the corner from the airport—with plenty of small local restaurants and a 24-hour convenience store nearby. There was also always a security person on duty, which made us feel safer. Unfortunately, the check-in process could have been much more efficient. We weren’t given much information about the hotel or procedures and were told our host would be our only point of contact. The host was only available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., so outside those hours, there was essentially no one to help. We had several issues with basic amenities. When we ran out of toilet paper, even the front desk receptionist couldn’t help. I eventually had to take toilet paper from the public restroom to share with my two other guests. Getting extra towels was also difficult. There were three of us, but we were only given two towels at a time when requesting replacements. There was also no housekeeping, so dirty towels piled up in the room and we had to take out our own trash. The jacuzzi and sauna require reservations, and the spots fill quickly. When we finally got to use the jacuzzi, the water was cold—not hot at all. Overall, this felt more like an Airbnb or third-party apartment rental than a resort. If you’re expecting a resort experience, you may be disappointed. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
