Great Space, Great Neighborhood, Mediocre Staff on -site

I want to start off by saying that this a cute, spacious and modern stay in the heart of Bocagrande. It is short walk within much of what you need for your stay (groceries, affordable restaurants, ATM across the street and walk/bike path just a block over with a beautiful scenic route.) The front desk and cleaning staff were kind and amazing at assisting with most things, however there were a few places where they dropped the ball. I arrived to find that my room did not have any towels and after arriving from a 12-hour day of travel, the front desk attendant said that there was no way he would be able to provide me with towels until tomorrow. This began a drawn out back and forth over the course of my 7 day stay where I was only given 2 body towels and 2 floor towels over the course of my stay. While this wouldn’t be a problem at home for me, all of the sand, sun and sweat from the Caribbean coastal city did not fair well with the lack of clean linen. I also did not have my sheets changed or room cleaned properly, despite both fresh linens and cleaning displayed in the listing. I say all this to say, that I was only given towels after contacting Vrbo support. Also, you can tell owner does not live near or regularly interacts with site, as after when I attempted to check in I was directed to an onsite manager who only after confirming payment card and passport became unresponsive. Great stay with beautiful surroundings, but need better on site management.

Neyder, the property manager, was awesome. There were issues with the hot water, which they resolved quickly. Great location and I enjoyed my stay.
