"We had no hot water for our entire stay. When we notified the front desk, they just said they already knew and that there was an issue with their system. No apology was offered or any acknowledgment that this was a less than optimal situation. The breakfast was good and the lady that checked us in was nice. The room was adequate, but for the amount we paid for 2 rooms, a hot shower was expected."
