The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas. But unfortunately we were given a room that was already occupied and it scared us all. Walking out into the patio we noticed a greasy dirty cleaning towel on the ground inside the room. And as a heads up. The parking lot spaces are all compact spots.

Enjoyed staying at this quaint hotel during our visit to Santa Barbara. The facility is nice and tastefully decorated. The service could be better (we got locked out of our safe and it took 4-5 tries of contacting the front desk and talking to them in person so send someone to fix it). Overall a reasonable hotel though.
