unfortunately, the first two days that we were there, the building was being painted, and so there were workers in a basket going up and down the building which obstructed view, was noisy, and was a little obtrusive, as I was trying to sit on the porch and read. I understand this just happened to be the situation while I was there. I heard one of the owners say that the place had not been painted in years and desperately needed it. Just happen to be unfortunately during the time I was there! Also, the pools were not open for the first three days that we were there, and I was under the impression that they would be open.The condo is definitely clean, but pretty bare bones.The owners were very kind and gave me a 25% discount because of the pool closing and the workers.As far as location, it is in a great area. I will say, however, be very careful with how narrow the parking spaces are. My daughter was actually trying to get around one of the workers vans and ended up, scraping up the side of my car when she pulled in. As that happened on day two of our stay it put a bit of a damper on the trip.
