LUXURY 2BR, 2BA top floor condo with AMAZING OCEAN views and pool!

Welcome to the "Playa Bida"! We are thrilled to have you stay in our "ohh so fresh" condo on Carolina Beach! We offer EVERYTHING you are looking for while on vacation. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on top floor with amazing ocean views. Our unit has beautiful coastal furnishings, very well equipped kitchen offering granite counters, stainless appliances, washer/dryer, we have everything you need to cook up some delish meals. Both bedrooms have flat screen smart TV’s with Netflix and Hulu, balcony access (master to the main deck with ocean views and second bedroom balcony overlooking the pool) private full bath in master and another full bath connected to the second bedroom (also entry from living room area), king beds that are super cozy, the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa with a gel top mattress. *Brand new sliding glass doors just installed in 2019! * The beach access is just steps outside the door, walking distance to the Pier and Freeman Park, only 1 mile to the Carolina Beach boardwalk! Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Our building does not have an elevator and we are top floor so please keep that in mind when booking. We have a rolling beach cart and a few beach chairs in our storage closet that is available for our guests to use during their stay. We are providing additional sanitizing measures during checkout turnovers, we have always provided fresh bed linens and towels for our guests at no charge however we understand during this time if you’d like to bring your own. In that case please just message us and we will have beds stripped and ready.

What a wonderful weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 25th birthday and tour CFCC for my senior in high school. It was a perfect spot to watch sunsets, walk over to the beach, shop downtown Wilmington and we took the ferry over to Southport. Everything was perfect!!!

The Balcony provided the best views of the ocean and the sunset. I could have sat out there all day. I was disappointed to find out that no hot tub was on the property but the condo and the balcony made up for it. I will definitely keep this property in mind for my next trip.

Pictures of the property are exact. Location is great- one row back from beachfront but beautiful view from 3rd floor balcony, quiet neighborhood and not too far to walk to the boardwalk. Private pool, large beds. Stocked with enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent to last the week. Only things that could be improved- water pressure in the sinks and better cleaning procedures(don’t feel like things were wiped down as thoroughly as they could have been). Actually, second time staying in this exact apartment and my children and I love it!

Very spacious place for our family, three adults and one child. Loved the fact the beach was in view on the deck, made for the perfect morning coffee. Communication with owners was great. Place was very beautifully decorated and clean. Will definitely rent again, if and when we are in the area. .

Beautiful Cozy Family Condo

We had a great week staying at this condo. The beds were super comfy, everything you could need in the kitchen and a wonderful view of the ocean. The only thing is if you can not do stairs, this unit is on the 3rd floor, there are 41 steps with all our luggage and groceries, that was a tough one.

We came on family vacation for a week. I have twin boys. Beach access was steps away from unit. Quit complex. My boys loved the pool and even went back the morning of check out while I packed the car. Going out to dinner had great options just everywhere was pay to park. So an added cost going out to eat. Over all would come again and recommended
