Este es un amplio y luminoso condominio en el segundo piso con terraza cubierta y balcón abierto. Tendrá vistas despejadas del océano y la playa en todas las direcciones. Esta unidad tiene dos dormitorios y dos baños privados completos. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size y el segundo dormitorio tiene una combinación de cama queen y litera individual.
También tendrá la comodidad de dos baños privados completos para su comodidad y privacidad. Este condominio tiene clave menos entrada. Se instaló una alfombra nueva el año pasado. Tendrá estacionamiento asignado cubierto para dos vehículos. Si tiene un vehículo eléctrico, esta unidad tiene una fuente de energía 220 dedicada para su uso personal. Hay 32 escalones para subir para llegar a la unidad. Este es un complejo libre de humo y mascotas para su salud y tranquilidad. Hay una pequeña piscina de 3 1/2 pies de profundidad. Tenemos nuestra propia pasarela privada a la playa con una ducha abierta. Estamos a solo dos minutos a pie de Carolina Beach Lake con su sendero para caminar y muchos lugares el fin de semana. Great location that is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Lifeguard stand is right at beach access during summer season and small community pool is a plus. Condo is clean and comfortable with many extras including a reserved, covered parking spot.

Perfect for our family of 4!

This was my favorite Carolina Beach property that we've stayed at after coming each summer for over 10 years. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We briefly met Richard who was very kind. I would definitely be interested in staying again. We did have some difficulty with wi-fi speed while trying to stream a movie, there was a crack of light coming through the locked front door, and we fumbled a bit with the key lock box but these minor things did not keep us from feeling safe or having a wonderful time!

My wife and I visited for the weekend and had a great time! The property was just as described with all the amenities you would need, perfect location, oceanfront and a few steps from the beach. We will be adding this property to our list of favorites!!

The rental is perfectly located for a walk to any of the restaurant and shops. It’s also convenient to walk straight to the beach. You can tell they haven’t replaced the mattresses in quite some time so they weren’t the most comfortable to sleep on. The cleanliness was lacking. With the amount they charge as a cleaning fee, you would expect it to be clean. Most surfaces were covered in dust. There were literal hairballs in the corners of the rooms and the showers didn’t seem to have been dusted or cleaned with actual cleaner in a while.

The rental was perfect for Mid-week Spring Break. First impression was that the rental was so clean that I knew it was going great from the start. The rooms were comfortable. The HVAC System worked quietly. The bathrooms were clean and functioned as expected. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials and multiple coffee makers ( K-cup, 4 cup and 8 cup machines) very nice for the coffee fans. The location is great because we were able to access the beach, walk for a milkshake or take a quick drive to the grocery store. I felt safe and comfortable with my teens and for them to be at the beach or getting ice cream on their own. Great stay for us, and we’re looking forward to another trip soon. Relaxing/Peaceful start to SBreak

Our, wife, daughter & self, 3 nt stay was very nice! Nearly everything you might need is available, beach chairs (3), beach towels, well furnished kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. We didn’t need the beach towels. Seemed like a very nice foam queen mattress, sleeping was very comfortable.

Fun Relaxing Time at the Beach

Had a great time at Carolina Beach. Shot walk to the beach and very close to the boardwalk and a bunch of restaurants. Very clean condo. Richard was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely stay

It was like a home away from home! So handy to the beach. Decorated so pretty and all the details had been addressed. There was nothing we needed that was missing. Richard is a delight and a caring owner and it shows in his condo. Highly recommend!

Spotless condo with ocean view

Beautiful condo. The condo was spotless, very clean and uncluttered. Kitchen was well equipped and linens were nice quality. Private porch with view of ocean over the dunes and easy access to the beach. Also walking distance to a number of restaurants and just a block from the Veggie Wagon (ice cream, coffee, gourmet preprepared food.) great to have assigned parking spot which was easy to access. Highly recommended!

The refrigerator was left dirty and the vacuum cleaner was left full. There was sand left in the hall bathroom floor. The covers on the furniture had a musty smell to them. No deal breakers, just observations. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would book again.
