Appartement trĂšs bien placĂ©. La cuisine nâest pas trĂšs bien installĂ©e le frigidaire et le congĂ©lateur ont besoin dâĂȘtre dĂ©congelĂ©. Les portes blanches ont besoin dâĂȘtre repeintes .

Meme si belle situation et bel espace nous ne retournerons pas! Logement qui necessite d'urgence une rénovation ! Salle de bain pleine de moisissures limite insalubre, chambre avec moisissures, aussi, equipement de cuisine disparate et incomplet, égouttoir vaisselle rouillé, housse de divan lit sale...ect. Interhome Carnac a fait de son mieux mais nous ne comprenons pas comment il est permis de louer à ce prix un logement si mal entretenu! Qui contrÎle la qualité ?

TrĂšs bien situĂ© prĂšs de la thalasso, plage et centre. On peut tout faire Ă pied. Clic clac trĂšs inconfortable mĂȘme pour seulement s'asseoir ; donne mal au dos. Faudrait en prĂ©voir un nouveau.

Appartement simple avec le stric nécessaire idéalement placé pour séjourner avec un enfant petit car à 2min à pied de la plage et des rues commerçantes et animées tout en étant dans une résidence trÚs calme.

Emplacement idéal, appartement trÚs fonctionnel, agréable avec une vue magnifique. Il faut réparer la porte du freezer du réfrigérateur, refaire l'inventaire des ustensiles et couverts de cuisine pour plus d'homogénéité (remplacer la vaisselle vert clair !)

Par contre amĂ©nagement minimaliste de l'appartement ( Ă©tagĂšres en bois sous le bar pour la batterie de cuisine, poĂȘles usagĂ©es, pas de tiroir, pas de poubelle dans sdb, pas d'ampoule dans la lampe de chevet...), canapĂ© du sĂ©jour trĂšs inconfortable avec une housse crasseuse et tachĂ©e Ă plusieurs endroits, tĂąche de moisi sur le plafond de la chambre.
