Great house for two couples or a family with older kids. The separate second queen bedroom and bath downstairs worked great for us. Perfect location and a gorgeous view from the living room and balcony.

Excellent time at this gem of a property. Beautifully finished and nice amenities overall. Well thought out design of house. Perfect for being close to downtown and the beach. We would love to come back again in the near future.

Enjoyed the views and the beautiful dining setting. I wish the listing was more apparent that the third bedroom and second bathroom are downstairs and you need to go outside of the main house through the side to be able to reach the downstairs bedroom and bathroom.

We really enjoyed this house! For our group it would have been ideal if the in-law suite was more directly connected to the main house (without having to walk around) but we made due. The deck gets great sun much or the day. Noting the mattresses are all quite firms (can be a plus or minus depending on your preferences). The host had great attention to detail!
