Overall the hotel and room were clean. The room was also very spacious. However, it b the morning we had aunt crawling all over our stuff in the bathroom. The breakfast was also lacking.

Check in and check out went smoothly and the staff were helpful in any questions we had. The tv in our room wasn't working so I notified the front desk and they sent their maintenence about 5 minutes later and got everything fixed up for us. Overall a great experience even if we were just there for one night.

The room had a mildew smell. Luckily I had some ozium in my car. A huge spider appeared in the bathroom while I was showering. My boyfriend had to come in and kill it. lol. Not a bad stay would stay again if rates were cheaper as it is not as fancy as it looks or sounds.

Motel with bugs

Motel room was infested with mosquitoes and flies. Everything was damp, bathroom smelled moldy. My husband took our daughter to the pool and within the first 10 minutes while I tried to get us settled I got covered in bites. We requested a check out within 20 minutes of arriving because of the lack of cleanliness, and an overall creepy vibe with the other patrons (which I know the motel cannot necessarily control). Front desk assured us we would get a refund working through hotels.com, but it ended up being denied. We noticed cans of bug spray outside of the hotel room next to us upon leaving. We were there less than an hour. Front desk staff seemed kind and knowledgeable about the area.
